Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs): Due to the sensitive nature of CGMs, we do not offer refunds unless the item is broken or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective CGM, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Refund Policy for Perishable Food Products

Opened or Consumed Items: Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to offer refunds for items that have been opened, consumed, or are past their expiration date.
